📄 Animix World – Scholarship Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Animix World, which operates under Arya Animation Academy & Studios OPC Pvt. Ltd., offers a Scholarship Program designed to support eligible students in pursuing career-oriented training in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, and related digital skills.
By applying for this Scholarship Program, the student accepts and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Scholarship Program:

  1. The applicant must be at least 16 years old.
  2. The applicant must submit accurate and valid personal information.
  3. The scholarship is granted only after a screening test or counseling review, as decided by Animix World.
  4. The decision of Animix World regarding approval or rejection is final and non-negotiable.

3. Nature of the Scholarship

  1. The scholarship may cover partial or full course fees, depending on the student’s performance, eligibility, and internal assessment.
  2. The scholarship is not a cash benefit; it is a fee-waiver applicable only for Animix World courses.
  3. The scholarship amount will be converted into a Loan-Based Training Program, where the fee is repaid through salary deduction after course completion.

4. Bond Period (Mandatory Service Agreement)

  1. Every student who receives the scholarship must work for Animix World for a minimum period of 1 year after completing the course.
  2. The job role, project type, and working schedule will be assigned as per the company’s Course Requirements.
  3. Failure to join the company after course completion will be considered a breach of contract, and the student must repay the full course fee immediately with interest (details below).

5. Salary Deduction & Fee Recovery Policy

  1. Once the student joins Animix World after course completion, the scholarship fee amount will be deducted from the monthly salary.
  2. Fee deduction will include:
    • Scholarship fee amount, and
    • Applicable interest, as per company policy.
  3. The percentage of monthly salary deduction will be decided by Animix World (generally between 10%–30%).
  4. The student will continue working until the full fee + interest amount is cleared.

6. Minimum Service Duration After Joining

  1. After completing the course, the student must work for 1 year (mandatory).
  2. After this 1-year employment period, the student must continue for 1 additional year (making a total of 2 years) if any scholarship repayment is still pending.
  3. After completing a total of 2 years, the student may resign voluntarily from Animix World with proper notice, provided all dues are cleared.

7. Exit / Breach Clause

The following situations will be treated as a breach:

  • The student leaves the course midway.
  • The student refuses to join Animix World after course completion.
  • The student leaves the job before completing the minimum 1-year mandatory bond.
  • The student leaves before clearing the scholarship repayment amount.

In such cases, the student must pay:

  • Remaining course fee,
  • Interest, and
  • Any administrative charges,

within 30 days.

8. Work Quality & Responsibility

  1. During the employment period, the student must follow all company rules, behavior guidelines, deadlines, and performance standards.
  2. Poor performance, misconduct, absenteeism, or violating studio rules may result in termination, after which fee repayment becomes immediately due.

9. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

  1. Scholarship benefits cannot be transferred to another person.
  2. Scholarship amount cannot be refunded in cash, under any circumstance.

10. Legal Validity

  1. The student must sign a Legal Agreement / Scholarship Bond before starting the course.
  2. The agreement will be governed under Indian laws and enforceable in the appropriate jurisdiction.
  3. Any disputes will be resolved under Arya Animation Academy & Studios OPC Pvt. Ltd. legal framework.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for the scholarship program:

  • You acknowledge that you have read,
  • understood, and
  • agree to follow all the above terms and conditions.

Your participation will only begin once you sign the final Scholarship Agreement document provided by Animix World.
