4. Are the classes live or pre-recorded?
The classes are pre-recorded, allowing you to learn at your own pace. However, you can join Live Doubt Solving Support sessions whenever you need assistance.
5. Will I receive a certificate upon course completion?
Yes, upon successfully completing any course, you will receive a certificate that can be downloaded or shared online to showcase your achievement.

7. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the course?
Refunds are only provided in cases where there is a verified issue from our side, such as technical problems, course access issues, or if the course is not delivered as promised. If such an issue occurs, our team will first attempt to resolve it within 10тАУ15 business days. If the issue is successfully resolved, no refund will be issued. However, if the issue remains unresolved within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the course.
