Refund Policy

At Animix World, we are committed to providing a high-quality, smooth, and fair learning experience. Here’s everything you need to know about our transparent refund process.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in the case of verified service-related issues on our side. Eligible situations include:

  • Platform Technical Errors — A verified technical fault preventing access to the Platform
  • Course Not Delivered as Promised — Content significantly differs from what was described at purchase
  • Inaccessibility Due to Our Error — You are unable to access the course due to an issue on our end
Important: Any reason not listed above will not be accepted as grounds for a refund. Change of mind, lack of time, or dissatisfaction without a verifiable service failure does not qualify.

Issue Resolution Timeline

Once a service-related issue is reported, here’s what happens:

Day 0 — Issue Reported
You contact us with a valid issue description. Our team reviews and acknowledges your complaint.
Days 1–10 — Active Resolution
Our team works to resolve the issue. We make every effort to fix it within this window.
Days 10–15 — Final Assessment
If the issue is resolved within 15 business days, no refund is issued. If unresolved, you become eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Days 17–25 — Refund Processed
If eligible, your refund is calculated and processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Resolution First: If the issue is successfully resolved within 10–15 business days, no refund will be issued regardless of the inconvenience caused.

Pro-Rated Refund Policy

If a verified service issue is confirmed and remains unresolved, you will receive a partial (pro-rated) refund — calculated based on the portion of course service that was not delivered.

Refund Issued 50% of Course Fee

The refund percentage is calculated proportionally to the undelivered period. Only the unserved portion of the course is refunded — not the full amount.

No Refund — If No Issue from Our Side

If there is no technical or service failure from Animix World, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
  • Lack of time or inability to engage with the course
  • Dissatisfaction with course style without a verifiable service failure
  • Requests made outside the 30-day reporting window
No Refund: Purchases are final where no service failure from our side can be verified. We encourage all users to review course details carefully before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 30 days of the issue through any of the following channels:

Include the following details in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Course name
  • Date of purchase
  • Order ID
  • Description and proof of the issue (screenshots, error logs, etc., if applicable)
Processing Time: If your issue is valid and falls under our policy, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may still be considered even outside the standard policy:

💳 Duplicate Payment
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued.
🛠️ Unresolvable Technical Issue
If a platform-side technical issue cannot be resolved at all, a refund will be considered regardless of the standard timeline.
🔐 Unauthorized Transaction
If a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is verified through proper channels, it will be eligible for a refund.
How to Apply: For exception cases, contact us within 7 days of the issue with supporting evidence. Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
