Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the case of verified service-related issues on our side. Eligible situations include:
- Platform Technical Errors тАФ A verified technical fault preventing access to the Platform
- Course Not Delivered as Promised тАФ Content significantly differs from what was described at purchase
- Inaccessibility Due to Our Error тАФ You are unable to access the course due to an issue on our end
Issue Resolution Timeline
Once a service-related issue is reported, here’s what happens:
Pro-Rated Refund Policy
If a verified service issue is confirmed and remains unresolved, you will receive a partial (pro-rated) refund тАФ calculated based on the portion of course service that was not delivered.
The refund percentage is calculated proportionally to the undelivered period. Only the unserved portion of the course is refunded тАФ not the full amount.
No Refund тАФ If No Issue from Our Side
If there is no technical or service failure from Animix World, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. The following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
- Lack of time or inability to engage with the course
- Dissatisfaction with course style without a verifiable service failure
- Requests made outside the 30-day reporting window
How to Request a Refund
Please contact us within 30 days of the issue through any of the following channels:
Include the following details in your request:
- Your full name
- Course name
- Date of purchase
- Order ID
- Description and proof of the issue (screenshots, error logs, etc., if applicable)
Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may still be considered even outside the standard policy:
