Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of the Animix World Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Animix World website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”) by end users (“Learners”, “You”, “Your”).

This Agreement includes the Privacy Policy and any other terms published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time. By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Note: When we say “Creator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, we collectively mean Animix World, the creator of this Platform and all content/services therein.

If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform in any manner.

Access & Registration

Age Course Requirements:

18+ Years

You may access the Platform independently without restriction.

13–18 Years

Parental or legal guardian permission is required to use the Platform.

Under 13 / Under 16

Depending on your country, use of the Platform is not permitted in any manner.

To access Content on the Platform, you must register with your name and email address. A fee may apply for certain Content — see the Payments section below.

You represent that all registration information is true and complete, and you agree to update us of any changes via the contact information provided below.

Public Forums: When enrolled in any Content, you may access discussion forums. Participation is entirely your choice and not obligatory. We reserve the right to remove content or refuse access to any user who violates this Agreement.

A Supported/Compatible Device is required to access the Platform. Supported devices may change over time — please ensure your device meets current system Course Requirements.

License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Content on the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may NOT:

Modify, edit, or copy any Content, Creator Content, or materials on the Platform
Create derivative works or exploit any material for commercial purposes
Publicly display Content or use it for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any Platform software
Remove copyright or proprietary notations from any materials
Transfer any materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server

Termination: This license terminates automatically if you violate any restriction. Upon termination, you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession.

Communications & Public Forums

The Platform includes Public Forums that allow you to communicate with us and other registered Learners. Use of these forums is entirely your choice.

You represent that you own or are licensed to use all content you post (“Learner Content”), and you are solely responsible for its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

By posting Learner Content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media throughout the world.

Code of Conduct

All users must adhere to the following rules when using the Platform:

Harmful / Dangerous Content — Content that incites or promotes violence, endangers safety, or causes physical or emotional harm is prohibited.
Hateful / Defamatory Content — Hate speech, libellous statements, or content that incites hatred based on race, religion, gender, caste, sexuality, disability, etc. is not tolerated.
Violent / Graphic Content — Content designed to shock, disturb, or promote terrorist acts or violence is strictly not allowed.
Harassment & Bullying — Abusive messages, sharing personal information without consent, sexual harassment, or any form of bullying is prohibited.
Spam & Scams — Repetitive, untargeted content, external malicious links, extortion, blackmail, or financial deception are not permitted.
Impersonation — Pretending to be another Learner, person, company, or group using their identity, logo, or documents is prohibited.
Privacy Violations — Sharing sensitive personally identifiable information of others without consent is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

Use the Platform in any way that disables, overburdens, damages, or impairs it
Use any manual process to monitor or copy Platform materials without authorization
Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the Platform’s proper working
Launch a denial-of-service or similar attack against the Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its server, or connected databases
Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, keystroke loggers, or other malicious software

Lawful Use Only — The Platform must only be used for lawful purposes under applicable central, state, local, and international laws.
No Counterfeit Activity — Hacking, cracking, distributing counterfeit software, compromised accounts, or platform hacks/cheats is strictly prohibited.

Consequence: Violation of any conduct rule gives us the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove offending content at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, design, layout, audio/video files, software, and data on the Platform constitute Creator’s Intellectual Property and are owned by or licensed to Animix World.

By using the Platform, you do not acquire any ownership rights to Creator’s Intellectual Property. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display is strictly prohibited under applicable intellectual property laws, including international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, comments, or questions about any Content or the Platform (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Feedback in any form.

You shall have no intellectual property rights in any Content or Platform as a result of our incorporation of your Feedback.

Payments & Refunds

Some Content on the Platform may require payment of a Content Fee. Pricing is available on the Platform. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and may be subject to applicable taxes.

No Refunds: Once you purchase access to Content, the purchase cannot be cancelled and the Content Fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Data Security: We do not capture or store any sensitive personal or financial information. All payment data is handled exclusively by our third-party payment gateways. Please review their terms and conditions before transacting.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided to you “as is” and “as available” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Animix World expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We make no representation or warranty:

As to the operation, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its contents
That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
That the Platform, its servers, or emails sent on our behalf are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions — in such cases, exclusions apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

In no event shall Animix World be liable for any damages — including loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnity: You shall indemnify and hold harmless Animix World and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action (including reasonable attorney fees) made by any third party arising out of your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Links to Third-Party Websites: We are not responsible for the content of any third-party sites linked from the Platform. Use of any linked site is at your own risk.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Instructor Terms & Conditions

By registering as an Instructor on Animix World, you agree to the following additional terms:

Instructor Commission

40% of net revenue from course sales. Calculated after taxes, transaction fees, and platform charges.

Platform Retention

Animix World retains 60% for hosting, marketing, and management services.

Payout Cycle

Payouts made 30 days after each confirmed enrollment via provided bank account or approved digital method.

Minimum Threshold

A minimum payout threshold may apply. Payments may be delayed if fraud or refund issues arise.

Course content remains the property of Animix World for as long as the Instructor is active on the Platform.
Upon leaving the Platform, Animix World retains full hosting and distribution rights for 6 months.
After 6 months, all content is permanently deleted and all rights are revoked from Animix World.
Instructors agree not to upload or sell identical content on competing platforms during this 6-month period.

Course Rating Policy: Instructors must maintain a minimum average course rating of 4.0 stars. Consistently below 4.0 for 30+ days may result in course removal or profile suspension. Instructors may request a review or submit improvements for reinstatement.

Instructor Responsibilities:

Provide original, plagiarism-free, and high-quality educational content
Maintain professionalism with all students
Ensure content complies with Indian copyright, data protection, and education laws
Refrain from using content that infringes third-party rights or violates platform rules

Animix World’s Responsibilities:

Provide technical hosting, student management, and payment processing
Market and promote courses through online and offline channels
Maintain student records and provide support for course sales

Termination: Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding payments are cleared in the next payout cycle. Courses remain hosted for 6 months, then permanently deleted.

Miscellaneous

Amendments

We may change this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any condition does not waive our right to enforce it in any other situation.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement. Any attempt to do so is null and void.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum necessary and the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh courts.
