Animix World’s Scholarship Program is designed to support eligible students in pursuing career-oriented training in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, and related digital skills. By applying, you agree to all terms below.

Introduction
Animix World, a brand of Arya Animation Academy & Studios OPC Pvt. Ltd., offers a Scholarship Program to support students who wish to build a career in the creative and digital media industry.
Eligible fields of study include:
ЁЯОм Animation
2D/3D animation, character design, motion graphics, and storytelling.
тЬи VFX
Visual effects, compositing, post-production, and digital environments.
ЁЯОи Graphic Design
Brand identity, UI/UX, digital illustration, and print design.
ЁЯТ╗ Digital Skills
Other career-oriented digital and creative training programs offered by Animix World.
Agreement: By applying for this Scholarship Program, the student accepts and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Scholarship Program, the following conditions must be met:
- Age Requirement тАФ The applicant must be at least 16 years old at the time of application.
- Accurate Information тАФ The applicant must submit valid and truthful personal information. Any false information will result in immediate disqualification.
- Screening / Counseling тАФ The scholarship is granted only after a screening test or counseling review, as decided by Animix World.
Final Decision: The decision of Animix World regarding approval or rejection of any application is final and non-negotiable. No appeals will be entertained.

Nature of the Scholarship
It is important to understand exactly what this scholarship provides and how it works:
ЁЯУЙ Partial or Full Fee Waiver
The scholarship may cover partial or full course fees depending on the student’s performance, eligibility, and internal assessment.
ЁЯЪл Not a Cash Benefit
The scholarship is strictly a fee-waiver тАФ it is not transferable to cash and cannot be used for any purpose other than Animix World courses.
ЁЯФД Loan-Based Training
The scholarship amount is converted into a Loan-Based Training Program. The fee is repaid through salary deductions after course completion.
Key Point: The scholarship is not a free grant. It functions as a structured, interest-bearing training loan recovered from post-course employment earnings.

Bond Period тАФ Mandatory Service Agreement
Every scholarship recipient is required to enter into a Mandatory Service Agreement with Animix World:
- The student must work for Animix World for a minimum period of 1 year after completing the course.
- Job role, project type, and working schedule will be assigned as per company Course Requirements.
- Failure to join the company after course completion is considered a breach of contract.
Breach Consequence: In the event of a breach, the student must immediately repay the full course fee along with applicable interest and administrative charges within 30 days.

Salary Deduction & Fee Recovery
Once the student joins Animix World after course completion, the scholarship fee repayment begins through monthly salary deductions:
- Deduction includes the scholarship fee amount plus any applicable interest as per company policy.
- The student continues working until the full fee + interest is completely cleared.
Monthly Deduction Range:
Note: The exact deduction percentage within this 10%тАУ30% range will be decided by Animix World based on the total fee amount, loan tenure, and student’s salary structure.

Minimum Service Duration After Joining
After completing the course, the following service obligations apply:
Course Completion
Student successfully completes the Animix World course and joins as an employee.
Year 1 тАФ Mandatory Bond Period
Student must complete a mandatory 1-year employment period. Salary deductions begin for fee repayment. Early exit during this period is a breach of contract.
Year 2 тАФ Extended Period (If Dues Pending)
If any scholarship repayment is still pending after Year 1, the student must continue for 1 additional year, making a total of 2 years of service.
After 2 Years тАФ Voluntary Exit Permitted
After completing a total of 2 years AND clearing all dues, the student may resign voluntarily from Animix World with proper notice.
Freedom After 2 Years: Once all dues are cleared and the 2-year service period is complete, the student is free to leave with no further obligations.

Exit & Breach Clause
The following situations are treated as a breach of the Scholarship Agreement:
- The student leaves the course midway before completion
- The student refuses to join Animix World after course completion
- The student leaves the job before completing the mandatory 1-year bond period
- The student leaves before fully clearing the scholarship repayment amount
In case of a breach, the student must pay all of the following within 30 days:
ЁЯУМ Remaining Course Fee
The outstanding balance of the original scholarship/course fee amount not yet repaid.
ЁЯУИ Interest
Applicable interest charges on the remaining balance as per the signed agreement.
ЁЯЧВя╕П Administrative Charges
Any additional administrative or processing charges incurred during the breach resolution.
30-Day Deadline: All breach-related payments must be made within 30 days of the breach event. Failure to do so may result in legal proceedings under Indian law.

Work Quality & Responsibilities
During the employment period, the student-employee is expected to maintain professional standards:
- Follow all company rules and behavior guidelines at all times
- Meet project deadlines and performance standards as assigned
- Adhere to all studio policies and conduct norms
- Avoid absenteeism without proper leave approval
Termination Clause: Poor performance, misconduct, absenteeism, or violation of studio rules may result in termination. Upon termination for such reasons, all remaining fee repayment becomes immediately due.

Other Important Terms
ЁЯЪл Non-Transferable
Scholarship benefits cannot be transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
ЁЯТ╡ Non-Refundable
The scholarship amount cannot be refunded as cash under any circumstance тАФ it is a fee-waiver only.
ЁЯУЬ Legal Agreement Required
The student must sign a Legal Agreement / Scholarship Bond before starting the course. Participation begins only after this document is signed.
тЪЦя╕П Governing Law
The agreement is governed under Indian law and is enforceable under the jurisdiction of Arya Animation Academy & Studios OPC Pvt. Ltd.
Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved under the legal framework of Arya Animation Academy & Studios OPC Pvt. Ltd. as applicable under Indian law.

Acceptance of Terms
By applying for the Animix World Scholarship Program, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood all of the above terms and conditions
- You agree to follow all terms, obligations, and policies mentioned in this document
- You understand the loan-based nature of the scholarship and the associated repayment structure
- You agree to sign the final Scholarship Agreement document before commencing the course
Important: Your participation in the Scholarship Program will only begin once you have signed the final Scholarship Agreement document provided by Animix World.
