100% refund for any reason if requested within 7 days.Pro-Rated Refund (after 7 days):
If a verified service issue occurs after 7 days, you will get a partial refund based on how much of the course service was not delivered.Example: If you bought a 12-month course and we delivered only 6 months due to our fault, youâll get a 50% refund.
No Refund (if no issue from our side):
If thereâs no technical or service failure from us, no refund will be issued after 7 days â regardless of the reason.
