Refund Policy – Animix World

At Animix World, we are committed to providing a high-quality, smooth, and fair learning experience. We also understand that sometimes situations change — that’s why we’ve created a transparent and fair refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered in case of verified service-related issues from our side, such as:

Platform technical errors

Course not delivered as promised

Inaccessibility due to issues on our end

Any other reason will not be accepted for refunds.

Issue Resolution Timeline

If any issue occurs from our side, we will take up to 10–15 business days to resolve it.

We will make every effort to fix the issue within this timeframe.
If the issue is successfully resolved within this period, no refund will be issued.
If the issue is not resolved within 10–15 days, then you will be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Terms:  Pro-Rated Refund Only

If a verified service issue occurs, you will receive a partial (pro-rated) refund based on the portion of the course service not delivered.

Example:
If you purchased a 12-month course and only 6 months of service were delivered due to an issue from our side, you will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund Policy (If No Issue from Our Side):

If there is no technical or service failure from Animix World, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Your full name

Course name

Date of purchase

Order ID

Description and proof of the issue (if applicable)

If the issue is valid and falls under our policy, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)

Refunds may still be considered in the following rare situations:

Duplicate payment by mistake

Technical issue on our platform that cannot be resolved

Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (must be verified)

To apply for exception cases, contact us within 7 days of the issue.
