Within 7 Days of Course Purchase:

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the course, you are eligible for a full refund, for any reason — whether personal or technical.

✔️ Schedule conflict
✔️ Disinterest
✔️ Any other personal reason

Just reach out to us within 7 days — no questions asked.

 


After 7 Days of Course Purchase:

After 7 days, refunds are only considered if there is a verified service-related issue from our side, such as:

  • Platform technical errors

  • Course not delivered as promised

  • Inaccessibility due to issues on our end

Personal reasons will not be accepted after the 7-day window.

 


 

 

💰 Refund Terms

 

  • Full Refund (within 7 days):
    100% refund for any reason if requested within 7 days.

  • Pro-Rated Refund (after 7 days):
    If a verified service issue occurs after 7 days, you will get a partial refund based on how much of the course service was not delivered.

    Example: If you bought a 12-month course and we delivered only 6 months due to our fault, you’ll get a 50% refund.

  • No Refund (if no issue from our side):
    If there’s no technical or service failure from us, no refund will be issued after 7 days — regardless of the reason.

 


 

 

📞 How to Request a Refund

 

Please contact us within 30 days of the issue through:

Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Course name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order ID

  • Description and proof of the issue (if applicable)

If the issue is valid and falls under our policy, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 


 

 

⚠️ Refund Exceptions (Rare Cases)

 

Even after 7 days, refund may be considered in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment by mistake

  • Technical issue on our platform that cannot be resolved

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (must be verified)

To apply for exception cases, contact us within 7 days of the issue.
