Terms & Conditions – Job Opportunity Program (3D Animation Filmmaking Course – Animix World)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to students enrolling in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course offered by Animix World. By joining this course, the student agrees to all rules and conditions listed below, including the Job Opportunity / Placement Program.


1. Job Opportunity & Placement (Performance-Based)

1.1 Students enrolled in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course are eligible for Animix World’s Job Opportunity Program. After successful completion of the course, students may receive either a job placement opportunity or a remote internship opportunity.
Final selection is based entirely on the student’s:

  • Performance during the course
  • Skill development
  • Quality of work
  • Portfolio strength
  • Interview results

1.2 Only students whose work meets Animix World’s professional standards may be considered for job roles in Animix World’s projects or studio work.


2. Internship Details (Remote)

2.1 Students who are not selected for job roles may be considered for a minimum 3-month remote internship.

2.2 Internship structure, duration, and nature of work will depend on:

  • Skill level
  • Performance
  • Work quality
  • Contribution during training

2.3 Upon successful completion, students will receive an Experience Letter to support future opportunities.

2.4 The internship will be conducted fully online (remote).


3. Job Placement Details (Offline – Animix World Studio)

3.1 Students selected for job roles may be required to work offline at the Animix World studio.

3.2 Remote work may not be available for such roles.

3.3 Students must be willing to relocate or commute if required.


4. Long-Term Team Opportunity

4.1 Students who demonstrate strong creativity, consistency, and performance may be considered for long-term collaboration with Animix World.

4.2 Such opportunities will depend on project Course Requirements and performance evaluation.


5. Eligibility Course Requirements

5.1 Minimum age for enrolling in the course is 18 years (mandatory).

5.2 Students must successfully complete:

  • All course modules
  • Practical projects
  • Final portfolio submission
  • Required assessments

5.3 Students are expected to maintain discipline, professional behavior, and follow all guidelines.


6. No Guaranteed Selection

6.1 The course provides job and internship opportunities, but selection is not guaranteed.

6.2 Students who do not meet the required standards may not be selected.

6.3 Final outcomes depend on individual performance, skills, and project Course Requirements.


7. Company Rights & Limitations

7.1 Animix World reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the program at any time.

7.2 Misconduct, plagiarism, rule violations, or unprofessional behavior may result in disqualification.

7.3 Animix World is not responsible for delays due to external factors such as project timelines.


8. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
