Terms & Conditions – Job Guarantee Program (3D Animation Filmmaking Course – Animix World)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to students enrolling in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course offered by Animix World. By joining this course, the student agrees to all rules and conditions listed below, including the Job Opportunity / Placement Program.

1. Job Opportunity & Placement Guarantee (Performance-Based)

1.1 Students enrolled in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course are eligible for Animix World’s 100% Job Opportunity Guarantee, which ensures every student receives either a job placement opportunity or a remote internship after course completion.
However, final job selection is based entirely on the student’s:

  • Performance during the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course
  • Skill development
  • Quality of work
  • Portfolio strength
  • Interview results

1.2 Only students whose work meets Animix World’s professional standards will be selected for job roles in Animix World’s upcoming movie projects or studio projects.

1.3 Selected students will receive a starting salary of ₹20,000 to ₹1 Lakh per month, based on portfolio quality and performance.
1.4 This starting salary will increase as the student gains more experience and delivers higher-quality work.

2. Internship Details (Remote – Paid or Unpaid)

2.1 Students from the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course who are not selected for a job will receive a minimum 3-month remote internship.
2.2 The internship may be paid or unpaid, depending on the student’s:

  • Skill level
  • Performance
  • Work quality
  • Contribution during training

2.3 Upon successful completion, students will receive an Experience Letter, which can support future job applications.
2.4 The internship will be conducted fully online (remote).

3. Job Placement Details (Offline – Animix World Studio)

3.1 Students selected for full-time job placement after completing the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course must work offline at the Animix World studio.
3.2 Remote work is not available for these full-time roles.
3.3 Students must be willing to relocate or commute as needed.

4. Long-Term Team Membership

4.1 Students from the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course who show exceptional creativity, dedication, and consistent performance may be offered the opportunity to join the Animix World team on a long-term basis.
4.2 Long-term roles will depend on project needs and performance reviews.

5. Eligibility Course Requirements

5.1 Minimum age for enrolling in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course is 18 years (mandatory).
5.2 Students must successfully complete:

  • All course modules
  • All practical projects
  • Final portfolio submission
  • Required assessments

5.3 Students must maintain discipline, professional behavior, and follow all studio and training guidelines.

6. No Automatic Job Selection

6.1 The 3D Animation Filmmaking Course offers job opportunities, but selection is not automatic.
6.2 Students who do not meet job standards will receive an internship instead.
6.3 Final placement depends on skill level, performance, and studio Course Requirements.

7. Company Rights & Limitations

7.1 Animix World may modify, update, or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Misconduct, plagiarism, rule violations, or unprofessional behavior can cancel job or internship eligibility.
7.3 Animix World is not responsible for delays due to external project or studio timelines.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the 3D Animation Filmmaking Course, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions stated above.
