After 7 days, refunds are only considered if there is a verified service-related issue from our side, such as:

100% refund for any reason if requested within 7 days. -
Pro-Rated Refund (after 7 days):
If a verified service issue occurs after 7 days, you will get a partial refund based on how much of the course service was not delivered.Example: If you bought a 12-month course and we delivered only 6 months due to our fault, you’ll get a 50% refund.

If there’s no technical or service failure from us, no refund will be issued after 7 days — regardless of the reason.
